Tucker Blalock × LuxuryAgents.com
A 90 day plan to build your personal brand and launch LuxuryAgents.com. You shoot. We handle the rest.
Where you are today
Your YouTube channel launched in 2020, and you posted 15 videos in 10 weeks before the business took over. That footage is great, along with everything else in your library. What's missing is the system and strategy behind you.
- Instagram posts come in bursts, and most recent posts are shared Brokery posts.
- YouTube has been quiet since August 2020.
- No personal website, podcast or newsletter.
- Search "luxury real estate coach Arizona" and you get other people.
Surface level scan from public pages on October 12, 2026. Sales figures are as you state them publicly. The full audit happens in week one.
Why now
Rates are up. The middle is stalling. Luxury is still moving.
30 year fixed rate, highest since November 2023.
Phoenix metro luxury median price, now $2.23M. Pending sales up 14.2%.
City of Phoenix single family sales, year over year. Median $485K.
Paradise Valley home values vs Scottsdale overall, year over year.
of $1M+ homes bought with cash. Rates matter less at the top.
Median Realtor income on 9 sides. Team specialists average 32 sides and $17.5M.
Luxury is winning on price, not on volume everywhere. Paradise Valley sits at 6.5 months of inventory, so it is getting more competitive. Competitive markets are where good coaching earns its keep.
So we start with strategy: your brand, the people you want to reach, and the numbers we'll track.
LuxuryAgents.com, a short history
Registered in 1999. A directory, a parking page, a for sale sign. Never a real brand.
Registered Oct 26, two minutes after LuxuryAgent.com.
"Under construction."
A framed real estate directory page.
A luxury agent link directory, by state and country.
Parked.
For sale on Afternic, then GoDaddy.
Ownership record updated. Waiting for you.
Who else is in the room
- CLHMS: a certification, about $500 to start, $250 a year
- Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate: a directory, claims 131,000 pros
- Luxury Portfolio International: invite only, brokerages not agents
- GUILD Elite ($795 a year), eXp Luxury ($2,500 a year), Luxury Presence "Collective"
- The gap: no one pairs a weekly coach with a directory buyers can search.
One thing to check first
LuxuryAgent.com, singular, is a live coaching business in Palm Beach selling its own luxury agent designation. One letter apart. Have your attorney run a quick trademark check. We'll build the brand on your name first and the URL second, which protects you either way.
What LuxuryAgents.com could feel like on day one.
Cut from your own 2020 Camelback footage. A concept, not a final design.
Weekly coaching from a broker who has sold $2B+ and built a 160 agent firm. Or find an agent who has done the work.
